Up to 30 minutes of light shrub or hedge touch-up trimming per visit, where suitable and safe.
Final detailing of agreed accessible outdoor hard surfaces.
One follow-up visit within 14 days of the main cleanup to collect newly accumulated ordinary leaves and loose seasonal debris from agreed areas.
Priority scheduling when reasonably possible, subject to weather and availability.
Best for: Customers who want extra attention to outdoor details and a follow-up after the main cleanup.
Premium follow-up note: The follow-up visit is a limited debris touch-up, not a second full cleanup. It does not include major storm debris, extensive pruning, or excessive new leaf accumulation.

Spring cleanup does not include lawn mowing, aeration, overseeding, fertilizer applications, major pruning, or landscaping repairs unless separately quoted.

We complete the agreed work and prepare collected yard waste according to the disposal method in your quote. If you select Premium, we’ll also arrange the included follow-up debris touch-up.
Optional services are subject to availability, site conditions, and customer approval. Prices are estimates before applicable taxes. Off-site disposal is not included unless expressly listed in the approved quote.

Starting prices: Listed prices apply to typical residential properties and ordinary seasonal debris. Larger yards, difficult access, heavy accumulation, and additional work may increase the price.
Final quote: Your written quote will confirm the service areas, package, number of visits, disposal method, and total price before work begins.
Weather and scheduling: Rain, snow, freezing conditions, high winds, and unsafe site conditions may require rescheduling.
Property access: Please clear vehicles, furniture, hoses, and other movable items from the agreed work areas before the scheduled visit.
Yard-waste disposal: Curbside preparation and off-site removal are different services. Off-site hauling is included only when specifically stated in your quote.
Additional work: We will obtain your approval before performing work outside the agreed package or charging for additional services.
Excluded work: Tree removal, major pruning, gutter cleaning, hazardous materials, chemical applications, and other excluded work are not included unless separately quoted and legally permitted.
Seasonal results: New leaves and debris may accumulate after service. Premium includes one limited follow-up debris touch-up within 14 days, as described in the package.
Customer authorization: Renters must obtain any landlord or property-manager permission required for the requested work.
Taxes and cancellation: Applicable taxes and any legally permitted cancellation terms will be addressed in your quote and agreement.

Small branches that can safely be handled by hand may be included in Standard and Premium. Large branches, fallen trees, and substantial storm damage are excluded unless separately quoted and safely within our service capabilities.
