Includes everything in Standard, plus:
One garden-bed detail visit per month
Up to 30 minutes of garden-bed maintenance per included visit
Up to two light shrub or hedge touch-up visits per season
Additional attention to the agreed garden areas
Garden-bed visits may include light hand-weeding and tidying of accessible beds. Shrub and hedge touch-ups are limited to the agreed scope and safe, ground-level work.
Best for: Customers who want regular lawn mowing alongside extra attention to their garden beds and selected shrubs.
Prices are starting rates before applicable taxes. Final pricing depends on lawn size, property layout, access, grass conditions, and the services requested. Your quote will confirm the actual visit schedule, service dates, and total contract price.

Lawn Size and Pricing
Our starting prices are based on typical residential lawns. Larger lawns, steep terrain, overgrown grass, difficult access, and complex property layouts may require a custom quote. We will confirm the agreed price before service begins.
Mowing Schedule and Weather
Basic generally includes approximately biweekly mowing, while Standard and Premium generally include approximately weekly mowing. Actual service dates may change due to rain, unsuitable ground conditions, grass growth, or other circumstances affecting safe and effective mowing.
Property Access and Preparation
Please provide safe access to the agreed service areas. Move toys, hoses, loose objects, and other obstacles before scheduled visits, and ensure pets are secured. Please identify hidden obstacles, delicate landscaping, and any areas requiring special care.
Renters and Rental Properties
Renters may request lawn maintenance when they are authorized to arrange the service. Any permission required from the landlord or property owner must be obtained before work begins. Landlords and property managers can also request quotes for their properties.
What's Included in Your Package
Each package covers only the services and areas specified in your quote and written agreement. Fall cleanup, major overgrowth correction, lawn repairs, and other additional work are not automatically included in regular mowing packages.

We will confirm the scope and price of additional chargeable work with you before proceeding. Your quote and agreement will specify your package, service frequency, contract dates, and payment terms.
Seasonal Conditions
Lawn maintenance is affected by seasonal growth and weather. Service may be adjusted or rescheduled when conditions make mowing unsafe or likely to damage the lawn. We will communicate material scheduling changes when reasonably practicable.

Do you offer one-time lawn mowing?
Yes. One-time mowing may be available starting at $45, depending on lawn size, grass height, access, and the work required.
Do I need to be home during service?
Usually not, provided we have agreed access to the lawn and any gates or entry points needed for the service. Please secure pets and remove toys, hoses, and other obstacles before the scheduled visit.
Do you apply fertilizer or pesticides?
These services are not included in our standard packages. Any separately requested treatment must be confirmed in advance and comply with applicable laws and licensing requirements.
What happens if it rains?
Rain and unsuitable ground conditions can affect mowing schedules. We may reschedule service when conditions make mowing unsafe or likely to damage the lawn. Any schedule adjustment will be handled in accordance with the agreed service terms.
Do you remove leaves?
Fall leaf and yard cleanup is available as a separate optional service. It is not automatically included in the standard lawn-mowing packages.
